- All items are made to order. Fulfillment typically takes 2–7 business days for apparel and 2–5 business days for accessories.
- You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
 

Shipping Times (After Fulfillment)

- USA: 3–6 business days
- International: 7–21+ business days

Rates & Methods

- Real-time shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Items may ship separately if fulfilled from different facilities.
 

Address Issues

- Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order.
- Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

- If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, check with neighbors or local carriers first.

Damaged / Wrong Item
